Coming soon: Support Tickets Portal launching June 16

BC Cannabis Stores (BCCS) is pleased to announce the launch of a new online platform called Support Tickets Portal for submitting service requests, for registered customers. 

Support Tickets Portal will go live on June 16, 2025, and is an additional way to submit service requests to the Customer Care Centre, while maintaining access to support through the existing phone and email channels. 

This new portal is designed to be simple, fast, and easy to use. It will allow you to access support, submit, and track service requests in one place.  

You must have an online account to access Support Tickets Portal. Unregistered customers are welcome to create an account at any time, including before Support Tickets Portal launches on June 16, 2025. Creating an account early ensures you’re ready to use the new portal once it’s live, which will make it easier to connect with our Customer Care Centre and get the help you need. For those customers without an account, you can still access support through existing phone and email channels. 

What is Support Tickets Portal? 
Support Tickets Portal is a new online platform launching on June 16, 2025. It allows registered customers to submit and track service requests to the Customer Care Centre in one convenient place. 

Can I still email or call the Customer Care Centre? 
Yes. Support Tickets Portal is an additional option to submit service requests, as well as emailing or calling the Customer Care Centre.  

What are the benefits of using the Support Tickets Portal? 
The portal is designed to be simple, fast, and easy to use. It gives you one place to submit service requests, track their status, and access helpful support resourcesmaking it easier to get the help you need. 

Do I need an account to use the portal?  
Yes. You must create an online account to access Support Tickets Portal. Unregistered customers are welcome to create an account at any time, including before Support Tickets Portal launches on June 16, 2025. 

How do I create an online account? 
You can sign in or create an account through several access points on the site, including the age verification page, the “Sign In” option located in the top-right corner of the navigation menu, and the Support Tickets section under the Support menu.  

To sign in or create an account, select either “Sign In” or “Create Account” (the option displayed may vary depending on the page). You will then be directed to register for the Liquor Distribution Branch’s MY LDB ACCOUNT. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your registration and log in to access your account.

Scheduled website maintenance complete 

As a follow-up to the migration of the BC Cannabis Stores website from Shopify’s Canadian to Global platform in November 2024, the BC Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB) was required to perform technical updates to the checkout functionality of its e-commerce website on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. 

Please be advised that due to a technical issue following the website update, some registered users may not be able to view their recent order history. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
