Registered customers are invited to visit the Support Tickets Portal for helpful resources covering a range of topics, as well as to submit and track requests for support from our Customer Care Centre.  The portal can be accessed by navigating to the “Support” dropdown menu on the top right-hand side of the BCCS website once you’ve logged in as a registered user. 

Alternatively, registered and guest customers may request support through phone or email.
